5k Run Ready Program

This program is such a great way to get started with running. You ease into the program slowly and little by little you work up to that 5k mark. Madison designed this in such a way that as you moved through the 6 phases you always felt ready for the next phase. I never felt overwhelmed during the course of the program. By the end of the 12 weeks I was able to run my 5k and hit my goal time with no problem. I’ve always enjoyed running and this was the perfect program to get me back into running.

As a former anti-exerciser, her mission is to help other connect with their bodies in a positive way and find freedom through fitness. She believes an inclusive, educational approach is the key to succeeding lifelong changes in health.
